Both Shounen Ai (plus a bit yaoi - though it's just "knowing what'll happen or what's happening, than actually seeing it).
Both amazing cute couples.
Tight Rope "only" has one couple, since it is just a 2ep. OVA, and it is more about protecting each other, than the "daily life" problems in Sekaiichi.
