Both are slice of life shows that have an all girl cast and are in high school. They're both comedy driven and just look at the simple things in life and both shows are based mainly on friendship, growing up and being young.

If you're seeking for some comedy, randomness, and a cute all-girls star cast, then both A-Channel and Yuyushiki might be worth the time watching for you.
In both series, the main characters are girls and are considered best friends. They take on life in a slice of life style series where they each live every day in a different manner.
Both series has a lot of fun moments and catchy dialogues. The interactions between the main female characters are also fun to watch that takes place at very settings such as home, school, and other places of interest.
The story follows the daily lives of high school girls who mostly do some random fun or liked to hangout most of the time. Since it is a slice of life format there is not much of a story, but there are funny moments and you might be attached to the characters.
There is not much a difference in here but, A-Channel has four main female characters and doing school activities. Yuyushiki has three main characters, and have a club that they go on most of the time.
Both have nice emphasis to music.
Something you watch just for the sake of watching.
Shoujo genre.
Although A-channel does include some amounts of conflict and plot.
