Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou (both the first OVA and the second, called Yokohama Kaidashi Kikou: Quiet Country Cafe) and Flying Witch are both healing, calming animes. Both rely on quiet character interactions and relatively small but meaningful occurrences to determine the story -- plot is not so important. The settings are different, but both pay a lot of attention to the natural world and its importance to daily life. Both shows will leave you feeling at peace, but also somewhat sad because you know they have to end.
