How are these similar? Answer - Underwear & bare skin (and lots of it)
Both are short ecchis with POV moments (the first 3 episodes of 'MM! Specials' are hidden camera scenes, whereas 'Dogeza' is POV throughout.)
The biggest difference between these 2 is - the showing of underwear & skin is deliberately caused by the MC of 'Dogeza' whereas it is mostly accidental in the 'MM Specials.'
