At the very least, the first arc is almost identically constructed.
But I expect more similarities.
Both have the same kind of fictional syndrome that were seemly odd to begin with and both have the guy that would take on their syndrom as if it doesn't exist.

Same bit of nonsense as to adolescent syndrome (this anime), and Denpa Onna's adolescent points. Same nonsense drama and similar monologue. And oh, same "ecchi-level" between these two anime to make them worthy of H-doujins.
