Well they both have a lot of action scenes , they both have similar main characters (who are extremely badass) and there awesome nuff said go watch'em
They both don't follow a storyline. Lots of eye candy fighting scenes and alot of shooting.
Devil May Cry has much in common with Black Lagoon. They both feature plenty of action, and neither takes itself too seriously. With either, you'll find plenty of bad ass action scenes, with the occasional grin or laugh slipping out. Both series also include a character somewhat out of place, but managing to find a place as well. While Black Lagoon is, to my mind, clearly superior, Devil May Cry is still a very good series and certainly worth checking out.
- Both shows are produced by Madhouse.
- Both have an episodic nature.
- Both have badass main characters who work as guns for hire.
- Both have a lot of crazy action and gunslingers.
- Similar vibe.
The main different between the two is that Black Lagoon is realistic, while DMC has supernatural elements.
