Domekano is essentially a less controversial and more "serious" version of Yosuga, replacing real incest and porn with plot with a more shoujo-ish melodrama and conditionally realistic plot. Natsuo is also quite similar to Haruka, because both MCs are a rather rare realistic image of teenage boys in the anime, and not unrealistic chaste "accidental perverts". In the end, both anime are rather dark romance with large doses of erotica and teenage melodrama.

Both series show extreme incest, although the sisters in Yosuga no Sora are related by blood while the sisters in Domestic no Kanojo are not. In both cases the main character has sexual intercourse with their sisters.
In my opinion, these shows are really alike, both mastering the arts of an incest anime. The roller coaster these shows rode had so many turns with plenty of drama and sex. Before watching either know that the endings to these shows are both fucked up, so be ready.
If your into the incest theme and don't mind sex scenes these shows are for you.
Well i can say that if you enjoyed this anime or not. The protagonist of yosuga no sora is better than the dead eyed natsuo. There is more serious love in yosuga no sora.. and the music that will touch the deepest to your heart
