Both of these animes dealt with very serious topics related to love. While they were different, they all take a somber, serious tone. They both feature characters going all the way, and teenagers who have an insatiable lust.
Yosuga no Sora touches on taboo subjects such as incest while Kuzu no Honkai touches on less taboo subjects such as cheating.
Both anime has a weird love triangle and drama.
Follows the same genre.
Not the best ending it could've have.
Have lots of erotic scenes.
Both have very awesome animation style.
