Both series feature the main character surrounded by women with different quirks. You can expect the MC to be the butt of many jokes, and the humour in both series is a delight and well constructed.
One major aspect that makes KonoSuba so appealing is that it takes several light novel tropes and cliches and just dicks around with them; it just has fun with them. And that's exactly what "Kore wa Zombie Desu ka?" does as well. Both series are aware of these facets and use them to their advantage. You may also find aspects of their premises to be similar (i.e., a regular joe gets involved with a goddess, a tough warrior chick, and a little girl with cool powers - shenanigans ensue).
Both are comedy shows with the same animation studio where the main character dies and is brought back to life in some way (Ayumu becomes a zombie while Kazuma is transported to another world). As a result, they find themselves in a world full of weird stuff and wind up living together with three strange girls. In both cases, these include a kind-hearted, armoured girl who can't stand to see anyone get hurt (Eucliwood/Darkness) and a diminutive magical girl with a temper as short as she is (Haruna/Megumin).

Both are parodies of over-saturated genres executed profoundly by Studio Deen with some of the best comedic writing I have ever witnessed in an anime.
