Both have a lazy male protagonists that want to live a normal life but get dragged into heap-loads of drama. Both are OP in their own way, and as far as I know, from when I post this (which is on episode 8), it seams that Strike the Blood is developing a harem. :)
A guy has their lives runs smoothly, until an incident happened before the story starts. However, they have this unique power where the main male character stands up... Immortal powers. In this the case they can't either be killed, or being brutally torn to pieces regardless of what they do. Though a threat is present in their area and they used these powers to help out their friends or the people around them.
Strike the Blood, follows an immortal vampire with supernatural powers, while Kore wa Zombie, follows an immortal zombie who dresses up a "Girl" to fight off monsters.
