While Bocchi's characters are high school students and its fundamentaly a Cute Girls Doing Cute Things show, making it completely different from the dramatic elements of NANA and the problems of young adults, the music aspect of NANA and Bocchi is very similar. This recommendation is for those who enjoyed the band and concert parts of Bocchi, because NANA gives an almost identical feeling when it comes to perfomance and live play of the bands included in the series.
