Both of the sisters are similar as well in that they both show ample tsundere personalities, although where OreImo it took a while before the sister realized her true feelings (or at least it took a while before it became present to viewers) I Love My Sister it's revealed from the beginning that the sister has feelings

Sister love. Only it isn't actually anything particularly great.
I felt like these two anime are so bad they lost any "so bad it's good" elements too. It literally tells the lives of some dude who loves his sister, romantically, and s.o.l plays out from there. I suppose they also share a sister with a hobby commonly associated with otaku culture, Sister Writer being light novel writers and OreImo being eroge. On that note, both do reference otaku culture a lot.
