Same Author Same Theme Even Main Characters of Oreimo appear as Cameo

Similarities: -The same sibling relationship. - The same imouto with wired hobbies. -The same Onichan who has to deal with his Tsundere imouto. -The same thing where it's is related to anything otaku.

First, Eromanga is far superior than OreImo, by far... As our sweet protagonists fall for their brother, we get a lot of out-of-context scenes, I guess comfy silly scenes that can be enjoyed. Eromanga is supposed to be the superior reincarnation of OreImo, so it's to be expected that they're insanely similar.

both have a sister cute and tsundere >.<

For starters there done by the same writer, but also they have practically the same vibe to them. Both feature A tsundere sister who is in love with her brother (Happens later in ore no imouto, sooner in Eromanga) A surprisingly patient main character who takes alot of crap Both are also have a harem vibe to them without executing it properly In a whole i would say Eromanga is better since i dropped ore no imouto because it bored me. Either way if you came for the incest kinda vibe you will like both

-- Both by the same author -- Both have a sibling rivaly -- Both girls like video games/anime/eromanga

Similar art style. Sibling love. The people from "Ore no Imouto ga Konnani Kawaii Wake ga Nai" even cross over to "Eromanga-sensei". If you liked one you will probably like another.

-Both Protagonists have sisters with weird hobbys. -Both Protagonists, in a way or another, discover this and had to keep it as a secret. -Both Sagiri and Kirino have the same plushies in her beds. (Not relevant but interesting)

Both series feature a brother-sister relationship. In both anime the sister has an unusual hobby for girls her age (in OreImo it's playing little sister eroges; in Eromanga-sensei it's drawing erotic LN art) The source material for both is written by the same author and have the same character designer. The studio resposible for animating Eromanga is the same that animated the second season of OreImo.

These are pretty much the same thing; characters from OreImo even appear in Eromanga-sensei: - Written by the same author - Both feature a little sister love interest - Self-aware comedies - Both little sisters are closet otakus and perverts - Both take a look at otaku culture Eromanga-sensei is the spiritual successor of OreImo. Seriously, they are frighteningly similar. If you (somehow) liked either show, you will 100% like the other.

Eromanga sensei is the living reincarnation of Oreimo. Both MC's in the show are very caring towards their younger siblings or let's just say they very much love their cute and loving little sisters. Both the shows involve an incest relationship although in Eromanga-sensei, they are step-siblings and they're the only ones in their house because their parents was involved in a tragic incident. Both shows are great but if you want a deeper and a better plot, I'd recommend to watch Eromangaa Sensei.

Not ignoring the fact that both have incestual themes, both focus on the interior relationship, Oreimo and Eromanga-sensei live in the same world, Oreimo made a cameo in Eromanga-senseiand vice versa, it has a good promising ending. Overall just a (short) copy of Oreimo with a flip and lots of fun twist.

Having an otaku sister who's twice into Ero and lewd stuff... and a nice big brother to take care of her Same atmosphere..... with fluid art

incest is wincest i guess, main chara stupid and plain, in love with his sister who's a jerk
report Recommended by Pumpkinyaaan
Both have onii-chan and imouto love, and similar comedy.. Oreimo characters also appear in Eromanga sensei.

Pretty much the same theme. Brother and Sister relationship. The sister is a complete tsundere to her brother. The MC got a lot of woman around him but chose to stick with his sister. Even the Light Novel writer is the same guy. Watch this if you like Eromanga-sensei but wants it for a bit older character (At least the character here is a high schooler not some middle-schooler).

Both series feature incest relationships with younger sisters.

- Same author - same verse (its character accidentally meets each other) - same genre (about siblings love)

The same author wrote both of these, for one. Eromanga-sensei is a lot like Oreimo, but toned down a good bit, for those people who aren't absolute siscon filth like myself (in anime or anime related forms, I'm not gonna take the incest route IRL) Think of Eromanga-sensei as the softcore version of Oreimo.

Have similar incest relation,Male lead falling love with sister, and the sister is perfect girl also tsundere type.

Its imouto Universe,in short the Characters are overlapping you will see some Characters from Ore no imouto again Same story, incest+Novel author+ Harem and way to much Fanservice Same art style I would say Eromanga sensei is even better than Ore no Imouto because it has the same spirit but way more trashy

Both animes are by the same author, have a focus on the relationship between the protagonist and his sister. Also in both anime there is a big harem with many interesting girls.
report Recommended by Edueuller
Both series are about a male character being romantically interested in their sister.
report Recommended by Paul209
Both amazing stories from Tsukasa Fushimi. If you enjoy a good romcom then both of these are a great watch! (I recommend watching Ore no Imouto before eromangasensei)
