Kuroshitsuji

Both anime's are set in a world full of richdom and welth. I think the art is also kind of similar, but I don't know if other people agree. Kuroshitsuji also has those random funny moments like Ouran High School Host Club. Here's a funny fact: Both main-characters (in Ouran High School Host Club it's Haruhi, and in Kuroshitsuji Ciel) are voiced by the same seiyuu! Ouran High School Host Club & Kuroshitsuji both have shounen-ai hinted themes.

Although Kuroshitsuji is obviously much darker than Ouran, they share a similar type of comedy. If you're feeling a little depressed after finishing Kuro, Ouran is the cure with it's bright, funny cast and ridiculous escapades that will leave you in stitches. If you have just watched Ouran, Kuro has a darker theme and more intriguing storyline, but also has memorable characters and slapstick humour.
The stories very but they have a similar sense in their comedy format and have similar tones in the progression

Both have lots of cute boys, and nice to look at art designs as well as a focus on servitude as well too.

These animes are similiar because:
1. They were both made in the 2000s.
2. They're both about rich people.
3. They both have hot rich men (which isn't usually attractive for me but Sebastian and Tamaki oml :o).
These two animes have a similiar vibe (if that's the right word), so if you like one of them you'll definitely like the other. ^^
