Watashi ga Motete Dousunda

1- Both of them have a plot-twist in the first episode
2-Both of them Are reserve-harem
3-Both of them have many Bishounen
4-Both of them are set in a school
both are reverse harem and are very funny. watashi ga motete dousunda is more yaoi orientated and i wouldn't watch it unless you can handle that.

Both anime's revolve a girl surrounded by guys who are protective of them and like them with the girl completely oblivious. They both have great humor that will keep you laughing throughout the anime, if you like Ouran you're sure to like Watashi!
- Both are reverse harems
- Handsome male characters
- Perfect girl that looks like a dude goes after the MC
- Romantic comedy
- The MC of both series change their looks on some aspect
- While Ouran is a hundred times better you'll enjoy this one too

It might be quicker to list the things these shows DON'T have in common. Similarities include:
A strong comedic element
Lots of otaku culture references
The characters are all a little deeper than first meets the eye
Funimation gave each of them a really good dub, if you watch anime in English
Basically, they're each a break-down of the reverse harem genre, spurred on by a main heroine who doesn't really fit the role. If you enjoyed one, I'm sure you'll like the other.

Both of these shows are reverse harems involving an adorable and likable female protagonist who is so helplessly oblivious to her suitors' advances (so cute). Both have some subtle homoeroticism, but not enough to discourage viewers who aren't interested in that type of stuff. Many of the male characters butt heads and compete with each other to win the affection of the protagonist. The main difference is that Kiss Him Not Me revolves more around anime and otaku culture whereas Ouran High School Host Club is based on social class differences and crossdressing.

Both are really cute reverse harems where the main character (female) are viewed as different or ugly but eventually get a "make-over" and gain the affection of the males around them.
Both have great dubs and are strong female leads.
Funny comedic moments and contain some real life scenarios.
Awesome plots and really great character development.

Romance in school life... But not just any romance! Find a certain lightness and sense of humor in these two anime. They are simple, without a very developed plot but I think they both touch deeper and more serious aspects if you take a little more interest. So if you don't want to take your mind too much, have a good time and have some material to think about, please!
What kind of anime would be close to Ouran High School Host Club? With it's reverse harem and boy love moments... what could come close? Well if you find yourself asking this look nowhere else, but Kiss Him, Not Me. Once again our main character gains a reverse harem she didn't ask for along with it's boy x boy moments. It is perfect for anyone who into that type of stuff.
