Themes are similiar including: overcoming personal defects and romance.
The story and romance is a little more grounded than in Grisaia
Has 3 seasons and OVAs which actually constructively gets better as the story/background develops. The anime like the source material has the story line and conclusion in mind from beginning to end.
Well developed themes and character development of the protaganist who saves everyone.
Has some dark overtones like Grisaia, but is overall better focused in unifying all story arcs into a satisfying conclusion.
Harem overtones are downplayed until the last season, but actually contributes to the story in conclusion.
