Kimi ni Todoke

Kimi ni Todoke has a lot in common with Gokinjo Monogatari. They are both high school love stories, fairly slice of life, and feature adorable chibis. I think the art style is also comparable, though Kimi ni Todoke is certainly a much softer style. If you're looking for a romance and coming of age story, either is a great choice.
Stories take place on high schools whereas the main character is exploring her feelings and how she will be able to express herself from the ones they love. Misunderstandings are also present which makes the story interesting. The male protagonists support the females, even though we all know that they love them, but couldn't say it out of fear that they will be rejected. Or to be laugh at.
Main differences tho, it is that the Kimi Ni Todoke female protagonist has troubles communicating in general, and she has a lot of misunderstandings, while the one from Gokinjo Monogatari, had a simple argument which leads
