Boku dake ga Inai Machi involves a main male character who is working things out mostly by himself and solving a mystery. It is suspenseful and psychological.
Gosick is similar in the aspect that there is a main male character, and there are many mysteries to be solved, although the main character does not do it alone.
Time is a key element in both shows, and flashbacks and other imaginings are common in Gosick.
Some female characters show resemblance in both shows, and one of the only major differences is the time setting.

Solving the mystery. Although the stories differ quite a bit, Victorique and Satoru are similar in that they both perform some detective work to solve a mystery.
With Gosick being a grey historical mystery, in which multiple mysteries are at play, Erased is a dark murder mystery with a key goal of finding the serial killer.
