Both are mystery anime and have a very similar atmosphere. The main protagonists, a female genius and a soft-hearted but brave supporting male student solve mysterious cases. Though every episode greets us with yet another mystery there is a clear secret around the main character Sakurako, as we had it in Gosick with little Victorique.
The main female protagonists act very similar; sometimes they are very honest and concentrated on the case, other times they act childish, especially while having an argument with the male protagonist.
An amazing detail to notice is the way both Sakurako and Victorique solve those mysteries. Victorique gathers her 'fragments of

Both are Mystery genre.
Both are a story about a female protagonist with a male guardian who counter an incident and solve it like a detective.
The differences are, Gosick is in middle-age setting with a loli as female protag, and Sakurako-san is a adult woman.
Gosick and Sakurako-san are animes which star a female protagonist who are great at solving mysteries. However, the female MC in Gosick is a loli who is basically a crime solving genius while the female MC in Sakurako-san is a mature (extremely debatable due to her personality) woman who loves studying bones which then gives her the knowledge to solve mysteries.

Both anime are really amazing. They both have great mystery stories, and if you liked Gosick, I strongly recommend Sakurako-san no Ashimoto ni wa Shitai ga Umatteiru (There's A Dead body Under Sakurako's feet)
Both protagonists are geniuses. Both anime have this supernatural - mysterious feeling, but, in the end, everything makes sense.
Mystery genres and somewhat both with dramatic events. Male lead with a relationship with a girl that has great knowledge and understanding towards the scenario and atmosphere that involves a plot. Both have a cute relationship and a peculiar one, letting the story without a cliché vibe (a great quality in my opinion). Art style not that different, being a good one. For me, the unique issue that I have with Sakurako-san is because it doesn't have a sequel, which a think it would be really worth it if you consider the main plot and also the great mystery of this series.
