In both series the main male character has some kind of "illness" than one of the female main characters promises to cure.
In both series the main male character is being kicked and hit all the time.
Both are romantic comedies that deals with a particular illness that the protagonist suffer from, and where the heroine tries and cure their illness.
It's about curing the male character from a , sort of, perverted illness. With MM the guy is turned on by being beat up by a girl and with Mayo Chiki the guy gets nosebleeds whenever he touches (or thinks of something perverted for) a girl.

Both have a main character that have a disease that is really bothering their life. In one point of both anime's someone try's to heal their disease. When I watched Mayo Chiki! it reminded me of MM! so much that I had to write a recommendation.Both are Harems.

Both series involves a main protagonist struggling to deal with girls in his life. In both anime, the MC has a "disease" that needs a cure with the help of the other characters.
Comedy, romance, drama, and school life also involved.

-then there is a girl in their same school promise to help him to cure their problems(in both shows)
-then there is this second girl who has a androphobia who fell in love with the boy(in both show)
Mayo chiki is more on romance while MM is more on ecchi..
both series are really fun!

Similar for these two series, follows a main male character, who have some kind of infection illness prior to the story. He soon gets some help from an advising female character, who will be able to cure him and gets back in shape. Though it can be emotionally or physically pain, embarrassment, absurd tactic cures or others.
