Both have aliens as main characters that seem , at first glance, normal. I also notice that they have a lot of panty shots (no yuri) an when refering to alien names they use the high pitch fast voice ... I'm burnt out!

Both are slice of life anime that go by mostly in a school with lots of Sci-Fi elements to it, there's main characters that are aliens, artificial intelligence robots, travels in time (kinda) and things of the like, besides that, there's romance on these series, the characters having adventures and the comedy is similar, Narue No Sekai is definitely more light hearted and with more fantastic moments, but they have more similar aspects between them.
