the main introverted and good-with-needles character meets an energetic extraverted glamorous character and they work together to make some beautiful outfits
In both anime there is an introverted character who locks himself into his tastes hiding it from society, and then an extroverted blonde character arrives and helps him to be able to accept himself while understanding that it is not good to hide what you like and be encouraging him in something that society likes.
The prota has the illusion to change, the roles are changed but the plot is very similar, in Kisekoi the prota inside wants to stand out making doll clothes and discovers over time that she likes to make clothes, while Kuragehime fashion makes her be more open with what she likes.
Although these two shows are very different in many ways, the main point of the two are similar. Both are about two people coming together in a once in a lifetime friendship over there love for clothes, fashion, and dressing up.
Both have beautiful heart-quenching scenes that just make you squeal for joy and even a little splash of drama (more for princess jellyfish)
The absolute love and devotion that is given to a special interest and how others react to it is a big part in both shows. Both main characters are finding people they can be themselves around and show off their true
