Bocchi the Rock!

Both anime have main leads with crippling social anxiety and have very similar overreactions when encountering anything outside their very small bubble. They slowly but eventually learn to gain more confidence in themselves. There are superficial differences in plot and set-up but notable ones are that Princess Jellyfish is about inner beauty and has romantic elements whilst Bocchi the Rock is about music and making friends CGDCT-style. Jellyfish is also about young adults while Bocchi has highschoolers as the main characters. Thematically though they are very similar and both have visually creative gags and have well-executed comedic tones
