Both about a bunch of random people living together and getting accustomed to each other. Everyone has their own story but are kind of weird family.
In both anime, there are people who share same house. You can watch daily lifes of these habitants. Kuragehime is a josei anime but more likely to a shoujo in some scenes. You can feel 'slice of life' theme in Bokura wa Minna Kawaisou more. Both anime are enjoyful, i laughed so much while watching them :) I think if you like one, then you can enjoy other too ^^
