Both shows have a very interesting plot, that is pretty much ruined by the extreme amount of boob jiggling and fanservice.

-Tons of fanservice
-Same level of violence
-Is very similar to this show, basically the same show with a different world.

It has the same illustrator who signature art involves boobs and the bloody, it has the same shallow plot, however HOTD's plot was more practical than Triage X whose plot is so elaborate for an anime than only runs for 10 episodes. Characterwise, triage X involves 1 guy and a lot of older women, while in HOTD it's two guys and one older girl, however the extra guy in HOTD was basically sidelined for the most part.
