Although one involves zombies and the other involves witches both have uncanny similarities. In "Gokukoku no Brynhildr" the male protagonist "Murakam, Ryoutai" has the amazing talent of photographic memory and the ability to stay cool, calm and collective in situations that really count.
Situations arise around Ryouta which call for quick and cleaver decision making which he follows through brilliantly to protect his childhood love and everyone around him.
