Both magic,ecchi,harem animes with little violence in it.
So if you like the one you I'm sure you will like the other,even though Shuffle has Drama in it.
Very similar charactors, typical harem/ecchi anime but with good stroy development similar to Shuffle in terms of story, alot of misunderstadning, great art work, great fight seens and alot of chactor development similar to shuffle.
Both series are classified under the typical harem genre. As such, the main protagonist is surrounded by girls with conflicting personalities. Additionally, both series has the supernatural side...in this case, demons. Finally, both anime has a protagonist that isn't completely pathetic unlike some harem leads.
Both series's belong to the themes of harem, and ecchi. They also have similarities in the themes of magic, demons, angels, love, and... girls.
The biggest difference between the two is that Daimaou has more action, scenes that question morality, and the main male protagonist is the demon.
