Both shiki and kakegurui had certain parts that were filled with so much tension that sent chills down my spine but at the same time made me think just how beautifully thought out the pieces were. I really recommend shiki to anyone who likes tension, dramatic scenes and a bunch of cliffhangers so you'll have to finish it in one night (halloween eve would be the best option!)

Both shows are completely over the top and the epitome of "edgy". They are completely focused on the characters (which are the weakest part of both shows).
