Sekaiichi Hatsukoi

Not because of the boys love (although some people might like so see the two main characters of Bakuman as more than friends), but because both of the series take you behind the scenes of creating manga.

Both anime revolve around the manga industry. As others have said, Hatsukoi is about the editors and one mangaka while Bakuman is mainly about the mangakas.
While Bakuman focuses on the creation of manga from the mangaka's point of view, Sekaiichi Hatsukoi focuses on the editor's point of view for a Shoujo magazine. Both have an underlying romance, although it is more of the focus in Sekaiichi Hasukoi. Note: Sekaiichi is a more mature anime and is shounen-ai.
They are about creating manga. While in Bakuman the main protagonists are teen mangakas in a shounen magazine, in Sekaiichi they're 20-year-old editors of a shoujo one.
Both show the pression of having to guide a mangaka/accepting the opinion of editors, the stress that it comes with both jobs and having to meet a short deadline.
In Bakuman romance is underlying so as to center in the the manga they create and the rivalry between the mangakas while in Sekaiichi is more focused in the romantic relationships between the characters.
