If you've seen Oshi no Ko, you should definitely watch Bakuman. Bakuman follows the behind-the-scenes of the manga industry in the same way Oshi no Ko follows the idol industry.
Bakuman is about two boys who are determined to make a successful manga. The series details the struggles, successes, failures, and personal lives of the two main characters.
Though Bakuman follows the ins and outs of the manga industry, it is ultimately more lighthearted than Oshi no Ko but is still a very good watch and is a very inspiring series.
