Both are supernatural series with MCs who are reincarnations of important people with special powers, which consequently gets them dragged into a messy power struggle between good and evil. There are childhood friends who'll betray them, and unknown strangers who'll protect them - and in the end the MCs must choose whose side they want to be on.
Additionally, both series have a cast full of cute bishounen guys with occasional shiptease if you're interested in that kind of thing - but at the same time, it's not too obnoxious.
from the first episode i had that feeling, that those two are quite similar
Devils and Realist is a lighter, less dramatic and more funny version of Uragiri wa boku no namae wo shitteiru
also the shonen-ai aspect is less present as in UwBnNoS
