The relationship between the two main characters is similar, though in Kaguya-sama, both parties are stubborn. Kaguya-sama is also more of a comedy, and the romance is almost always paired with humor, unlike Maid-sama, which has more serious moments as well.
Both main characters are student council presidents, and both don't want to admit their romantic feelings for the other main lead. Both are high school romance comedy series.

So, both are evidently in a high school setting, where basically, the two students at the top of the pyramid (in almost every way) are attracted to each other.
As the viewers, we get to see the struggles on both sides, as they will each other to make the first move.
Personally I prefer Maid Sama but Kaguya Sama is still an ongoing series so I will reserve my judgment for now.

Both anime are romance comedies while the men and women protagonists are smart, looked up to by their pupils and have black and blond hairs. Both women are student council presidents with strong personalities and always want to be at the top of the school.
