I guess the story outline would be not enough for claiming some special similarity, as it is already sort of a cliche (secret organization vs supernatural enemies fighting in a way that society doesn't realize...). Lead characters have not much in common (melancholic insecurity / aggressive overconfidence) but for me what makes those movies alike are pictures. Maybe Robin is not so 3D, and generally lower quality (TV-series against the movie), but there's some visual mood much in share. Low saturation and contrast for colours and dark settings and probably some more subtle factors can provide same feeling for both shows that personally I
