The similar part of both the animes is that the mc works and finds a love interest because of their works.In My Dress-up Darling the mc helps out at his grandpa's shop where he makes Hina dolls and thus ends up making cosplay clothes for a girl in his class who finds out about his hobby.But in Working!! the mc works part time at a restaurant and has to handle many problems as one girl is overly fearful of men and always ends up punching them.In romance prospect, Working!! might not have much similarity to My Dress-up Darling but Working!! is mainly a comedy anime
