From the same production studios (Aniplex and A-1 Pictures), both series features an environment of the working field where we see the characters' every day lives. Thus, expect a lighthearted environment of hard working individuals as they go through everyday in a slice of life format.
There is a lot of humor, drama, and catchy dialogues presented. Among other things, the colorful casts are defined by their various personalities in the working field.
Servant x Service is (give or take a few) Working!! in an office environment: Funny and enjoyable characters
-Both light hearted comedies in the workplace
-Perfect for relaxing after a tiring day
-Recommended for anyone who likes comedy
Both are slice-of-life comedies (with a good amount of romantic comedy elements in it) that tell the tale of a group of eccentric people at a workplace and their relationships with their fellow workers. The type of comedy is similar, as long with several of the characters.
The same comedy and slice of life genre, except one is set in a gov't office and the other is in a family resto.

Both of them have a story about their life at working place. If working at family restaurant and servant x service at civil service office
From the studio that brought you the action series 'SAO' comes a comedy about a friendly working environmental show. In the series, it follows the daily lives of the main characters working in an office or a restaurant where they just do best on their jobs. There are funny moments, romance, and somewhat conflicts between the characters.
There is not much of a difference in the series, but Working is basically a teen job, and works at a family restaurant. Servant X Service, basically an adult job working on some office building.
Both have little-to-no plot (not a bad thing!) Instead, they are driven by the character interactions (which are hilarious). The medium cast size allows us to know the supporting characters without losing focus on the main characters. A romantic aspect develops throughout the series. Overall, you'll get a very similar vibe from both anime, and if you liked one, you'll definitely like the other.
Both of the anime are slice-of-life that follow people who are working at their jobs, and their coworkers.
Both are somewhat similar in the romance part (although Working!! has 3 seasons).
Both have lovable and hateable characters.
