Both contains main characters who are afraid of opposite gender (Gynophobia from Mayo Chiki! and Androphobia from Working!!) and working with opposite sex in order to 'cure' it. Both also contains romance and comedy aspects. Both have male lead who were beaten quite a lot. And of course both wears glasses. But, there are more ecchi theme on Mayo Chiki! though.
They have exclamation points in their titles.
Also, they have exactly inverted situations with the main male and female characters.
In Working!!, it's an androphobic girl and a guy with crossdressing-related issues.
In Mayo Chiki!, it's a gynophobic guy and a girl with... crossdressing-related issues.
Both are slice-of-life/romance/comedy series where the characters and the humor are at least slightly absurd. Mayo Chiki! is a lot more ecchi and somewhat more cliche, while Working!! is a little more self-aware. Both are highly recommended, and you should especially give them a try if you aren't too sure based simply on their synopses.
Both main characters have a fear of the opposite gender and work on curing it with the other main character (who is also a possible love interest).
