The characters are using a similiar app to GALAX - through their mobile phones the people of tokyo gain information, carry out rescue missions, etc. and stay in contact: The Dollars are a group of normal people, trying to make the world a better place.
similar themes and a lively feeling. while gatchaman crowds is much more magic-based than DRRR, fans of one will probably enjoy the other!
They're both related to the internet and the social relationships that occur on it.
While Durarara is packed with urban legend based action, the characters from Gatchaman Crowds work as secret superheroes.
