Both feature INCREDIBLE soundtracks and animation and have "questionable" stories
That is to say Expelled From Paradise's story is a lot more intellectual and thought provoking than that of Redline (thanks to Urobuchi)
EFP is not as stylistically animated as Redline, it's entirely in CG animation...But trust me, it looks really good.
They are definitely both worth your time and you will not regret watching either film.
