Sensei no Ojikan: Dokidoki School Hours

Both series are high-school comedies based on 4-panel manga. Both feature young female main characters who often have a hard time being taken seriously (with the exception that Sensei no Ojikan's Suzuki Mika only looks young, but is actually 27). Both also feature a tall, smart, curvaceous female student who has more interest in cute girls than in athletics, despite the fact that they excel at them. The similarities are almost uncanny.
