Adorable slice-of-life comedies about taking care of little children.
They are both about adorable children who get up to cute and often mischievous antics. There is romance involved in both, but it GB it is more about classmates liking the MC (who is in highschool) and him being too focused on being a babysitter to ever notice.

Both deal with small adorable children and the hijinks that ensue around them. Hanamaru Kindergarten is about a class of kids in kindergarten, while Gakuen Babysitters deals more with children in a daycare. Both are adorable shows.
They are both about kids, cute babies everywhere, and of course a little shy and unprepared boy.
