Chargeman Ken is basically Inferno Cop if it was made in the 70s and was unintentionally bad. Both are short episodes that consist of nonsense plots involving some non-specific evil entity and a protagonist whose internal logic is sometimes impossible to comprehend.
Chargeman Ken is not a continuous story like Inferno Cop, so you can basically pull up any random episode, laugh at the limited animation, shoddy production, and confusing narrative, and 8 minutes later you're good.
