Both are, by anime and genre standards, rather serious drama about an age gap romance. Koi Kaze adds incest to make it even heavier a conflict. In both shows the age gap is ~ 26 year male / 16 year old female, in special social relations: teacher/student and brother/sister.
While Koi Kaze no-nonsense drama with a tragic tone and bare of any ecchi, Tanin no Kanke has borderline hentai degrees of the latter. Overall Tanin no Kankei remains on the lighter side but very well shows consequences and inner struggle of what is a taboo love story.
