Altough a spinoff, both Railgun and Lycoris Recoil share the trait of cute girls doing cute stuff. Both Series feature Action and you'll soon come to realize Academy City also has it's secrets
both misaka and chisato are girls who have bassboosted abilities + fight crime for their respective societies, however are both being 'used' for their abilities as a tool by organisations+ eventually that becomes part of the enjoyable slice of life plots
also girls with guns
Girls in an organization fighting crime/helping people in a futuristic city, with a normal girl apparently being one of the strongest. Similiar mystery aspects and some kind of yuri bait.

both main casts are part of a covert law enforcement organization comprised almost entirely of schoolgirls trained to neutralize domestic terror events. if i had a penny for how many times this has been an anime premise, i'd have 2 pennies, which isn't a lot but its weird that it happened twice. also has romantic tension between two of the females leads and a slow-burn mystery in common. lycoris is better imo

Both are female lead action shows where the protagonists are crime fighters in the city. Basically "cute girls doing badass things". When not fighting bad guys, both Railgun and Lycoris Recoil showcase our heroines amidst various slice of life moments.
