Both have a main character who are extremely overpowered and can beat anything no matter how strong. Their friends are also powerful and have special powers but can still be beaten.

"Arai, Satomi" voices Kuroko (ToAru) and Shiroyasha (Mondaijo-tachi); the characters seem pretty much the same except their setting/background is changed.
Both series contain roughly the same amount of magic and espers with an interesting set of main characters who are unique with special abilities being the top in what they do, however despite these abilities both casts have deal with problems they have never dealt with before, each with their own methods and approaches.
