To be honest, it's been a month since I finished watching Railgun and I can't help but notice the similarity between him and Natsuiro Kiseki, the environment and the characters' daily lives are very similar. Literally natsuir kiseki and almost a 100% slice of life version of railgun, not to mention Yuka who has the same personality as Saten, it could be said that she is the same character.
