Having seen Shingeki no Kyojin and watching Saint Seiya, even the first few minutes can already give you some similarities:
-Both have good detailed artstyle.
-Characters: There's a blond haired-blue eyed character like Armin (named Alone) and also a character like Mikasa and Eren combined (Tenma).
-Cities give similar feel, a white puppy in both first episodes in both series xD
-Training camp episodes - to be soldiers / saints
Both shows keep their originality, filled with action. If you liked one, you should give the other a try as well.
