Both have a charismatic character that help brings the shy, quiet character out of her shell. Some blurriness on whether at least one character in each is content with being "just friends," though I wouldn't call either one "yuri."
Similar art style, with beautiful water colors, and both are 10/10 anime - coming from someone who doesn't give 10/10's lightly
