Both are cute romantic comedies revolving around a girl who is different and alienated. Both girls are eventually able to become sociable and feel comfortable with they way they are. This is because they both have a respective boy who is crazy about them and wants to help them :D
Both have a main character who is misunderstood and alienated by others, yet they begin to open up with the help of a love interest. They both have sweet themes of friendship and romance, as well as a cute humor and similar atmospheres related to them.
The story base is very similar in my opinion. Both are about the girl having no friends, being outside for some reasons. It changes with every single next episode. Girl gets friends and love with time.
