Despite of different stories, both have nice art and soft setting and they are about a group of friends from school. I found very similar the relationship between main characters (Oreki and Chitanda, Kazehaya and Sawako) very slow and cute, but Hyouka focuses more on mystery than romance of course.
Both lighthearded anime that focuses on a group of friends, with kimi ni todoke it is more romance focused. Both have pretty art and aren't very fast paced.
