Toradora! and Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora look similar to me, first of all because of the art style. Then, because one of the main characters falls in love with the other one without him/her noticing it. After this, the one who falls in love acts giving him/her all to have the other person. Toradora! is way better (to my eyes) because it's also kinda comedy-ish and has humour through it, but Hanbun no Tsuki ga Noboru Sora it's more like a drama through it all but, in the end, all that matters is the love the main characters feel for each other.
A hard-to-please tsundere and a kind boy who manages to get close to her. The female protagonist manages to open up to the male protagonist, creating a special relationship between them. The protagonist is very dedicated to the girl all the time, being visibly exploited a few times at the beginning of their relationship.
